The nurses are always calm, competence and reassuring. They listen carefully to any concerns I have, accounts of adverse reactions to treatments and are quick to consult with the consultants if there is any doubt about proceeding. I feel I can have complete confidence in their judgement and professionalism and they do all they can to make it a stress - pre experience.
